CHESTER — The city of Chester has decided to return to the way Trick or Treating was done before the pandemic.
The mayor’s office announced Wednesday there would be no trunk or treat at Cole Park this year; instead trick or treating will be held in Chester will be held on Halloween, Sunday, October 31, from 5-8 p.m.
Businesses are asked to participate by having special treats to give out to all the children.
