JEFFERSON CITY — A 29-year-old Ste. Genevieve woman suffered moderate injuries in a traffic crash on Route B in Ste. Genevieve County Wednesday morning.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Miranda D. Ashen was taken to Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital by ambulance.
The patrol says Ashen was the driver of a westbound 2008 Volkswagen Beetle which ran off the left side of the road and struck an embankment.
The patrol did not say wheter Ashen was buckled up or not.
The crash happened about 9 a.m. at River aux Vases Church Road.
The Volkswagen had moderate damage and was towed from the scene.
