Vera C. Pohlman, 96, of Frohna, Missouri passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at Mercy Perry Hospital in Perryville, MO.
She was born October 23, 1929 in Cape Girardeau, MO to Walter and Leona (Ruessler) Bangert.
Vera and William Pohlman were married January 25, 1948 in Friedheim, MO. He preceded her in death on January 2, 2000.
She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville.
Vera enjoyed reading, gardening, bird watching, crocheting and spending time with her family.
Survivors include daughter, Linda (Clinton) Weber of Frohna, MO; two grandchildren, Teresa (Ronald) Bowen, Ronnie (Sherri) Weber; five great-grandchildren, Travis, Aaron, Taylor, Hannah, Bryce; two great great-grandchildren, Krue, Oakley.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sister, Ester Pohlman.
Visitation will be from 8:00 am to 10:00 am on Friday, April 17, 2026 at Ford & Young Funeral Home in Perryville.
Funeral Service will be at 10:00 am Friday, April 17, 2026 at Ford & Young Funeral Home in Perryville with Rev. Joseph Schlie officiating.
Burial will be at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Perryville.
