JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting the arrest of two Ste. Genevieve residents.
A 19-year-old Ste. Genevieve resident, Lucas W. Kellum. was charged with DWI at 1:21 a.m. Saturday, July 18 and then released.
A 43-year-old Ste. Genevieve resident, Brian R. Smith, was charged on a probation and parole charge for dangerous drugs and on a Ste. Genevieve County charge of driving without a valid license at 10:14 a.m Sunday. He was being held without bond in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail.
