PERRYVILLE – Tara Johnson has filed for a one-year term on the Perry County District 32 Board of Education.
Earlier filings:
Incumbent board member Terry Wichern.
Wichern was selected by the Board to fill a vacancy following the resignation of Melissa Carroll in October 2025. He will serve until the April 2026 election at which time he will be on the ballot as a candidate for the remainder of Carroll’s term, which expires in April 2027.
Newcomer Caleb Streiler for a three-year term.
Incumbent Nancy Voelker for re-election.
Newcomer Linda Buerck for a three-year term.
There are two other incumbents whose terms expire in April: Jamie Robinson and Glendon Sattler.
Filing continues during normal business hours on days when school is in session through December 30.
