Stephen “Steve” Lyle Stenshoel, 62 years old of Bonne Terre, MO, formerly of St. Louis, MO, died Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO, after a brief battle with an aggressive form of pancreatic cancer. He was born December 31, 1960 in San Antonio, TX.

Mother, Barbara Ruth (Belated Jimmy) Oliver; Companion, Tracy Kremer and her children, April (Bobby) Menge and Casey (Jonathan) Tiepelman; Brother, David Charles Stenshoel; Two Sisters, Leslie Ann Oliver, Suzanne Renee (Adam) Frillman; Daughter, Christina “Krista” Marie (Jonathan) Hoy; Son, Adam Stenshoel; 5 Grandsons; 1 Great-Granddaughter; 1 Great-Grandson; Nieces and Nephews

The family will have a Celebration of Life on Saturday, April 22, 2023 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at The Paddle Club 9400 Skyline Drive, Bonne Terre, MO 63628.

Steve was a graduate of Pattonville High School and proudly served his country as a pipe fitter for 4 years in The United States Navy. He was a member of Lake Timberline Paddle Club. He loved to go fishing, camping, watch the Cowboys on football Sunday, and ride his side by side.
