JEFFERSON CITY — Two Ste. Genevieve residents received minor injuries in a traffic crash Friday on Route B in Ste. Genevieve County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports a 74-year-old man and 69-year-old woman were taken to Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital for treatment.
The patrol says the crash happened when a northbound 2004 Chevrolet Impala driven by the man failed to maintain his lane and traveled into the southbound lane where it collided with a 2014 Buick Lacrosse driven by the woman.
Both drivers were buckled up.
Both vehicles had moderate damage and were towed by Boyd’s Towing.
The crash happened about 11:35 a.m. south of Route 32.
