Beaird, Peyton James W/M DOB: 09/12/2001 of Ste. Genevieve MO was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant through St. Mary’s Police Department on the original charge of Traffic-speeding. Bond was set at $116.50 cash only.
Westhoff-Haynes, Micheal Matthew W/M DOB: 03/07/1997 of Ste. Genevieve MO was arrested on a Warrant through Ste. Genevieve County on the following charges:
-Domestic Assault-3rd degree-2 counts
-Resisting/Interfering with Arrest
Bond was set at $2,500.00 cash or surety with 10% allowed.
