54-year-old Garrett Lee Seabaugh of Cape Girardeau on a Failure to Appear Warrant out of Cape Girardeau County on an original charge of Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle. Bond was set at $150.00 cash only.
35-year-old Michel Aaron Smith who is a homeless person, on a Parole Violation out of Sioux Falls South Dakota. Held without bond.
38-year-old Joshua Edward Adams of Fenton on a Failure to Appear Warrant out of Ste. Genevieve County on an original charge of Trespassing and Harassment. Bond was set at $250.00 cash only.
31-year-old Patrick Andrew Donald Lipp of Ste. Genevieve on a Probation and Parole Violation Warrant. No bond allowed.
