The Sainte Genevieve Museum Learning Center presents another in its series of speaker presentations on Wednesday, October 14th at 6:30 pm at the Orris Theater.
Brenda Owen, chairperson of the City of Chester’s Beautification and Tourism Commission, shares the story of Chester’s favorite son, Popeye!
Owen says most residents of Chester are proud to have Popeye as its claim to fame.
Owen will also present some fun, Popeye trivia.
The program sponsored by Buena Vista National Bank, is free to museum members, otherwise admission will apply.
