SPARTA, IL. — The Sparta Police Deepartment reports the arrest of 27-year-old Anjelique Simpson of Sparta. She is charged with escape and possession of methamphetamine.
An officer with the Sparta Police Department made the arrest at 3:47 p.m.Tuesday, December 23.
Earlier that day at approximately 9:59 a.m., officers with the Sparta Police Department responded to the Walmart parking lot in reference to a burglary to a vehicle:
Two persons were arrested at that location:
41-year-old Brandi E. Rice of Willisville on the following charges:
• Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine
• Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance
• Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
41-year-old Christopher R. Narez of Willisville on the following charges:
• Burglary to a Motor Vehicle
• Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine
• Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance
• Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
