STE. GENEVIEVE – Ste. Genevieve High School senior Kayden Manning has signed a national letter of intent to play football at Central Methodist University.

Kayden is the son of Jennifer and Kerry Schmidt.
In attendance at a signing ceremony at school were his parents; his sister, Leyla; and friends and teammates Alex Basler, Eli Bennett, Colton Brace, Luke Ferranto, Wyatt Grein, Jeffrey Hunter, Landyn Jones, Julian O’Neill, Ethan Ottens, Talan Pinkley, Drew Roth, Paul Taylor, Mason Trollinger, Jacob Warren, Jett Weibrecht, Noah Willett and Chase Yamnitz.
Former SGHS graduate and athlete Gabe Willett; former SGHS Head Football Coach Jay Pope; SGHS assistant football coaches Blake Moore and Tyson Roth; SGMS assistant football coach Chris Thompson; rootEd counselor Erin Stoll; and SG R-II Athletic Director Dr. Jeff Nix also attended to show their support.
