STE. GENEVIEVE – In the early morning hours of Monday, March 9, 2026, officers with the Ste. Genevieve Police Department executed a search warrant within the city limits of Ste. Genevieve.
As a result of the investigation, Norman Obermiller and Jessica Weathers were taken into custody and formally charged with the following offenses:
3 Counts – Possession of a Controlled Substance
1 Count – Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
4 Counts – Unlawful Use of a Weapon
1 Count – Endangering the Welfare of a Child (1st Degree)
Both subjects were transported to and are currently being held at the Ste. Genevieve County Jail.
The Ste. Genevieve Police Department would like to remind the public that all subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
