In Loving Memory of Rosemary Figge

Rosemary Figge, 97, of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, passed away peacefully on May 13, 2026.
Rosemary was born on October 22, 1928, to Charles and Rosa (Basler) Hoffman. She was known as an incredibly intelligent woman, a loyal friend, and a tireless hard worker throughout her life. Rosemary worked for many years at Miss Elaine, where her dedication and strong work ethic were admired by those who knew her.
She shared a love of travel with her late husband, Anthony, and treasured the many memories they created together over the years. Sewing was Rosemary’s passion, and she devoted countless hours to creating beautiful pieces for family and friends. More than anything, she enjoyed spending time with her family and cared for them selflessly throughout her life.
She is survived by her granddaughters, Carrie Figge and Crystal Figge; her nephew, William (Tarey) Hoffman Jr.; her great-nieces, Nickole (Tom) Forget, MD and Abbie (Joel) Green; her great-nephew, Matthew Hoffman; and several great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Figge; her parents, Charles and Rosa (Basler) Hoffman; her son, Dennis Figge; and her brother, William Hoffman Sr.
Visitation will be held at Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, on Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
A funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the Church of Ste. Genevieve.
Burial will take place at Valle Spring Cemetery in Ste. Genevieve, Missouri.
Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
