Car enthusiasts, race fans and anyone looking for a fun morning in downtown Ste. Genevieve will have plenty to see at The Rally, returning Saturday, September 26, at Moses Austin Park.
The third annual event, hosted by Willow’s Nest, will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will feature a colorful mix of cars, race vehicles, food, music and family-friendly activities—all while supporting a local domestic violence shelter.
More than a dozen award categories will be featured, including People’s Choice, with everyone attending the event getting a chance to cast a vote. Awards will be presented at 1 p.m., with trophies made from actual engine parts adding a unique twist to the competition.
The Rally will also feature nine Steel Block LateModel Dirt Race Outlaw cars, along with first responder vehicles, a DJ, food by Brix Urban Winery and Market, a 50/50 drawing, raffles and prize drawings.
One of the event’s special features will be an exhibit of art created by domestic violence survivors, offering a meaningful reminder of the people and purpose behind the event.
Admission is free. Vehicle registration is $25 at the gate, or participants can register in advance online through Willow’s Nest.
Prize drawings will include a one-night stay at Main Street Inn Bed & Breakfast, a $75 gift card from Buy the Bunch and two tickets to Bloomsdale Fun Farm. A free children’s raffle will also be held.
The event will take place at Moses Austin Park, 68 S. Gabouri St., in Ste. Genevieve.
