Kaleb R. Roberts 35, homeless, arrested August 5, 2025 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for obstructing and criminal trespass to real property. Pretrial release.
Cecelia L. Lindsey 31, Centralia, arrested August 5, 2025 by Sparta Police for expired registration, failure to secure child, uninsured vehicle & delivery of controlled substance. Pretrial release.
Michael W. Dawson 45, Sparta, arrested August 5, 2025 by Sparta Police for possession of controlled substance and trafficking (commercial sexual activity). Is incarcerated.
David C.A. Downey 32, Kribyville, MO, arrested August 5, 2025 by Chester Police on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a theft charge. Released on recognizance bond.
Paul R. Bert 40, Steeleville, arrested August 7, 2025 by Chester Police for improper lane usage and DUI. Pretrial release.
Taylor E. Collins 51, Tilden, arrested August 7, 2025 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office on a Randolph County warrant for burglary. Is incarcerated.

April R. Craig 38, DeSoto IL, arrested August 9, 2025 by Chester Police for unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while license revoked. Pretrial release.
Travis R. Trail 46, Steeleville, arrested August 9, 2025 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for no valid registration, driving while license revoked, and operating uninsured motor vehicle. Pretrial release.
Thomas L. Clay 53, Sparta, arrested August 9, 2025 by Sparta Police on a Randolph County warrant for escape and a Washington County warrant for failure to appear on a theft charge. Is incarcerated.
Thomas E. Gabriel 69, Lenzburg, arrested August 9, 2025 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for driving while license revoked, no valid registration, and operating uninsured motor vehicle and a St Clair County warrant for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Transported to St Clair County.
