Markevion D. Wibourn 22, East St Louis, arrested June 29, 2026 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for domestic battery. Is incarcerated.
Alvin H.E. Penny 66, Sparta, arrested June 30, 2026 by Sparta Police for threatening a public official & domestic battery. Pretrial Release.
Linda M. Clark 57, Sparta, arrested June 30, 2026 by Sparta Police for domestic battery. Is incarcerated.
Crystal L. Hergenroeder 41, Baldwin, arrested July 1, 2026 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for no driver’s license, operating uninsured motor vehicle, no valid registration and a warrant for failure to appear on an unlawful possession of methamphetamine charge. Pretrial Release.
Dylan R. Nichols 20, Sparta, arrested July 2, 2026 by Sparta Police for domestic battery, interfering with reporting of domestic violence & criminal damage to property. Is incarcerated.
