Philip L. Henseler 24, Salem, arrested February 17, 2026 by Chester Police for criminal sexual assault. Is incarcerated.
Ezekiel N. Hantz 19, DuQuoin, arrested February 18, 2026 by Chester Police on a Perry County IL warrant for failure to appear on an aggravated domestic battery charge and a failure to appear on a domestic battery charge. Is incarcerated.
Fernando C. Jones 49, Sparta, arrested February 19, 2026 by Sparta Police for domestic battery, reckless conduct, and resisting a peace officer. Is incarcerated.
Angela L. Shook, 55, Chester, arrested February 19, 2026 by Chester Police for disorderly conduct and resisting a peace officer. Pretrial Release.
Michael A. Carroll 46, Chester, arrested February 20, 2026 by Chester Police for aggravated battery. Is incarcerated.
