Arrested were:
Kirk W. McFarland 48, Chester, arrested July 8, 2026, by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for domestic battery. Is incarcerated.
Jesse T. Elder 43, Carbondale, arrested July 10, 2026, by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for DUI & stop/stand/park non-bus dist. Is incarcerated.
Robert M. Martin 18, Phillipsburg MO, arrested July 10, 2026 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office aggravated battery of child. Pretrial Release
Luis E. Colon Sepulveda 36, Chester, arrested July 12, 2026 by Chester Police for DUI and Illegal Lane Usage. Pretrial Release.
Clayton D.J. Irose 22, Chester, arrested July 12, 2026 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for Driving while license revoked, illegal transportation of alcohol & Improper operation of ATV. Pretrial Release.
Erick S. Hernandez-Hernandez 21, Carbondale, arrested by Chester Police for No driver’s license, operating uninsured motor vehicle, resisting/obstructing an officer and a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a driving while license revoked charge. Is incarcerated.
