CHESTER – Randolph County Sheriff has released its latest arrest reports.
Arrested were:
Timothy D. Hahs 36, Sparta, arrested January 5, 2026 by Sparta Police on a Madison County warrant for failure to appear on a criminal trespass to residence charge. Is incarcerated.
Tiffany P. Musielak 39, Coulterville, arrested January 6, 2026 by Sparta Police for unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, no valid registration, and no driver’s license. Pretrial Release.
Austin M. McCormick 32, Chester, arrested January 7, 2026 by Chester Police for battery. Pretrial Release.
Katie M. Wagoner 36, Coulterville, arrested January 8, 2026 by Sparta Police for resisting an officer and retail theft. Pretrial Release.
Brianna N. Jaimet 22, Percy, arrested January 8, 2026 by Steeleville Police for aggravated battery. Pretrial Release.
Samantha N. Smith 33, Belleville, arrested January 11, 2026 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for unlawful possession of methamphetamine, no driver’s license, and improper turn at intersection. Pretrial Release.
Jeffrey L. Stephens 53, Percy, arrested January 11, 2026 by Steeleville Police for battery. Pretrial Release.
