CHESTER – The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office has released its latest report of arrests.
Arrested were:
Ian M. Himes 32, Cutler, arrested November 11, 2025 by Steeleville Police for driving while license suspended. Pretrial Release.
Michael A. Boyt 30, Sparta, arrested November 13, 2025 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for violating an order of protection. Is incarcerated.
David E. Terry 34, Tilden, arrested November 13, 2025 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on an unlawful delivery of methamphetamine charge. Is incarcerated.
Tyler A. Sorensen 25, Sparta, arrested November 14, 2025 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office on a St Clair County warrant for failure to appear on a burglary charge. A Perry County IL warrant for failure to appear on an assault charge. And Randolph County charges of resisting a peace officer and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Pretrial Release.
Joel Velasquez-Cardona 38, Chester, arrested November 15, 2025 by Chester Police for illegal Backing, DUI, Driving While License Revoked, Operating uninsured motor vehicle. Pretrial Release.
Kenneth G. Bollmeier 58, Marissa, arrested November 15, 2025 by Coulterville Police for DUI, Leaving Scene of accident, and Improper Lane Usage. Pretrial Release.
David W. Miller-Downey 37, Chester, arrested November 15, 2025 by Chester Police on a Randolph County warrant for Petition to Modify Pretrial Release. Is incarcerated.
Travis R. Trail 47, Steeleville, arrested November 16, 2025 by Steeleville Police for domestic battery and a St Clair County warrant for failure to appear on an operating uninsured motor vehicle charge. Is incarcerated.
Carla M. Quigley 37, Ellis Grove, arrested November 16, 2025 by Chester Police for Electric Harassment and a Cape Girardeau MO County warrant for criminal damage to property and leaving the scene of accident. Is incarcerated.
