STE, GENEVIEVE – The Ste. Genevieve Board of Aldermen is expected to give the proposed 154-unit single family home development a final vote at its meeting Thursday evening.
The development would be constructed by McBride Homes on a 49-acre site on farmland next to Progress Parkway
Two ordinances are on the agenda, with passage of both required before the project can move forward.

A resolution appointing Rebecca Monia to the tourism tax commission.

The regular session will be followed by a work session which will include a discussion of sewer back up issues affecting three residences in the city and a proposed expansion of the school zone and setting of a new fines for speed offenses in the zone.
