CHESTER – Professor Sharp Cafeteria Signage has been added at Chester, Illinois High School.
The three sets of double doors are outside entrances to Professor Sharp Cafeteria.
In addition to breakfast and lunch for CHS students, the Professor Sharp Cafeteria is used for many other purposes, including: CHS Sports Hall of Fame, CHS Trophy Displays, College Signing Ceremonies for CHS athletes, Sports Banquets, Lobby for CHS Basketball and Volleyball Games, Lobby for CHS Graduation, CHS Course Registration, CHS Parent Introduction Meetings, and first stop on Tours of Chester High School.
The Professor Sharp Plaque is between center and right-hand-side double doors.
Professor Sharp, who now lives in New York City, is a graduate of both the Chester Grade School and the Chester High School and has made several large donations to the school district.
