JEFFERSON CITY – A 71-year-old Perryville woman received minor injuries in a traffic crash Wednesday morning on Perry County Road 512.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the woman was taken to Mercy Hospital Perry by ambulance.
The patrol says the woman was the driver of an eastbound 2019 Honda CRV which slid across the centerline and struck the rear of an eastbound 2012 Dodge Challenger driven by a 54-year-old Jackson man. He was not hurt.
The crash happened about 11:20 a.m. east of Route B. There was moderate damage to both vehicles which were towed by Perry County Towing.
The patrol says both drivers were buckled up.
