55-year-old Jeanette Davis of St. Charles was take into custody on a warrant out of St. Charles County following a traffic stop in Perryville on Wednesday, February 18th.
A subject went to the Perry County Joint Justice Center at 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 18th, to report a first degree harassment.
