PERRYVILLE – The Perryville Police Department has released its latest reports.
49-year-old Charles Dyle of redacted city was arrested for failing to register as a sex offender at 7:04 p.m. January 31st, in the 200 block of South Kingshighway after police were dispatched to the location on an unrelated incident. Dyle was also charged with theft by shoplifting in the 200 block of North Main Street at the same time.
32-year-old Gerald Lee Thaxton of Jackson was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, driving while revoked or suspended first or second offense, false impersonation, no vehicle or trailer registration and operating a vehicle without financial responsibility following a traffic stop in an alley way near Thomas Street and Ash Street at 1:40 p.m. February 1st,
26-year-old Darius D. Pullen of Cape Girardeau was cited for driving while revoked or suspended following a traffic stop on Highway 51 near Highway 61 at 5 a.m. February 3rd.
43-year-old Matthew Allen Ulrich of Perryville was cited for driving while revoked or suspended following a traffic stop on Highway 51 across from Jefferson Street at 8:36 p.m. February 6th.
32-year-old Oscar Hernandez Vivar of Quincy, Illinois was cited for driving while revoked or suspended at 7:38 p.m. February 8th following a traffic stop on St. Joseph Street near Zeno Street.
The following incidents were reported to police:
A theft by shoplifting was reported at 8:47 p.m. in the 1500 block of St. Joseph Street on January 22nd.
A report of fraud with a loss of $750 or more was taken at 12:53 p.m. January 23rd in the lobby.
Trespassing in the 1700 block of South Perryville Boulevard at 8:26 p.m. February 4th.
Leaving the scene traffic crash on Ash Street near E. Ste. Marie Street at 8:26 p.m. February 6th.
