Public notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Board of Education of Perry County
School District No. 32 will be held in the Temporary Central Office at 503 Schindler Road, in
Perryville, Missouri, on October 14, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Among the matters to be considered and
acted upon will be the resolutions described as follows:
1. A Resolution Amending and Supplementing a Resolution approved by the Board
of Education of Perry County School District No. 32 on September 9, 2026
Relating to the Delivery of the Series 2026 Certificates of Participation.
The meeting will be open to the public.
