Summary of the December 10, 2025 BOE Meeting

 

VOLUME 19 ISSUE 6.1

 

The open session was called to order at 6:00 p.m. and the pledge of allegiance was recited.

 

The board approved a closed session and closed open session until adjourning at 7:00 p.m.

 

The board approved the consent agenda items which consisted of:

  • November 12, 2025 Open Session Minutes
  • December 2, 2025 Work Session Minutes
  • Adopt recommended MSBA 2025D policy & procedure updates
  • November Warrants

  • District Audit presented by Van de Ven CPA

 

  • CTE Enhancement Grant Proposal

 

  • Temporary Central Office Bid in the amount of $408,214.48

 

  • Geo-tech Services with Holcim Engineering for a temporary building location as the parking lot between the two football fields. _________________________________________________________________________________ Closed Session
