Paul Taylor is SGHS March Elks Student of the Month

STE. GENEVIEVE  – Paul Taylor is the Ste. Genevieve High School’s Elks Student of the Month for March.

 

 

Paul is the son of Dana and Paul Taylor.

 

Paul’s scholastic honors include ranking 7th in his graduating class, placing in the top 10 percent of his class and earning summa cum laude all four years of high school.

 

Paul has been a member of both the track and field and football teams. He earned Academic All-State honors in both sports. In track and field, Paul is a state champion in shot put, earned All-State track honors and holds school records in both javelin and shot put. In football, Paul was named First Team All-State as a defensive end and earned a spot on the J98 Dream Team.

 

In his free time, Paul enjoys lifting weights, cooking and spending time with friends and family. He is currently employed part-time at Marzuco Electric.

 

Paul plans to attend Southeast Missouri State University (SEMO) on a track and field scholarship.
