Patricia Ann Schremp, 73, of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri passed away Sunday, June 21, 2026 at Ste. Genevieve Care Center.
She was born on March 25, 1953 in Perryville, MO to Marvin and Eileen (Kirn) Lukefahr.
Patricia and Kenneth Schremp were married October 12, 1997.
She was a nurse’s aide.
Patricia was a member of St.Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
Survivors include son, Jerry (Sherry) Lukefahr of Perryville, MO; brother, Lynn Marvin (Wanda) Lukefahr of Perryville, MO; two grandchildren, Colton (Mariah) Lukefahr, Kylee Marie Lukefahr; two great-grandchildren, Renley Lukefahr, Blake Lukefahr, and expecting one great granddaughter in July.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Kenneth Schremp; son, Mark Allen Lukefahr.
Patricia’s body was donated to Logan Chiropractor University in Chesterfield, MO for medical study.
