PERRYVILLE – Two new members of the Perry County Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees were officially sworn into office during a special session morning meeting held on June 16, 2026.

Taking the oath of office were Robin Sims and Lisa Bohnert, both recently appointed by the Perry County Commission in accordance with Missouri state statute to fulfill terms vacated by the resignations of Joe Hutchison and Gwen Schweiss.
ollowing the swearing-in ceremony, the Board of Trustees conducted officer elections and appointed the following individuals to leadership positions:
- President: Patrick Naeger
- Vice President: Robin Sims
- Secretary: Lisa Bohnert
- Treasurer: Art Pistorio
Also serving on the board is member Bill Bohnert.
“I am deeply grateful to the Perry County Commission for this appointment and the privilege to serve our community,” stated Robin Sims, newly elected Vice President. “I look forward to collaborating with my fellow Trustees to maintain the highest standards of governance and to ensure Perry County Memorial Hospital continues delivering exceptional, reliable healthcare services.”
Lisa Bohnert, newly appointed Secretary, echoed these sentiments regarding her new role on the board. “It is a distinct honor to be entrusted with the responsibility of safeguarding our community’s healthcare assets,” Bohnert said. “I am eager to work alongside this leadership team to support our local healthcare system and contribute to the vital mission of providing quality care for all residents.”
The Perry County Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees oversees the governance of property and hospital assets and plays an important role in ensuring quality healthcare services for the community. The elected board terms are five years.
The board meets the last Thursday of every month.
