PERRYVILLE – Incumbent Perry County School District No. 32 School Board Member Nancy Voelker has filed for re-election.
She is the second candidate and first incumbent to file.
Newcomer Linda Buerck filed Tuesday for one of three three-year terms.
There are four open seats on the ballot as the terms of incumbents
The other board members whose terms expire in April are Jamie Robinson, Glendon Sattler, and Terry Wichern expire in April.
Terry Wichern was selected by the Board to fill a vacancy following the resignation of Melissa Carroll in October 2025. He will serve until the April 2026 election at which time voters will elect a Board member to complete the remainder of Carroll’s term, which expires in April 2027.
Filing continues during normal business hours on days when school is in session through December 30.
