JEFFERSON CITY – A 30-year-old Festus man was arrested Tuesday afternoon in Ste. Genevieve County on three separate charges.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Alexander J. Helms is charged with failing to appear on a Ste. Genevieve County charge of driving under the influence and on Jefferson County charges of failing to appear on two traffic charges.
Helms was taken to the Ste. Genevieve County Jail where he was being held pending the posting of bond.
