JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting the arrest of a 22-year-old man from Red Bud, Illinois.
According to the report, Miguel A. Santiago-Salinas was charged with driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving at 8:24 p.m. Saturday, July 11 in Cape Girardeau County.
He was released.
