JEFFERSON CITY – The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest report of arrests.
27-year-old Joseph W. Brown of Festus was arrested at 3:30 p.m. Monday in Ste. Genevieve on a Jefferson County charge of violation of financial responsibility. Brown was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail pending the posting of bond.
