JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest report of arrests.
Among those listed as arrested:
28-year-old Kylie Richardson of Mill Creek, Illinois at 9:36 p.m. Wednesday in Ste. Genevieve County on charges of speeding and speeding through a construction zone out of Festus and speeding out of Ste. Genevieve County.
She was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail pending the posting of bond.
