CAPE GIRARDEAU – The Missouri Department of Transportation is sponsoring its 22nd Annual Bridge Building Competition for high school juniors and seniors within MoDOT’s Southeast District. The competition challenges students to design and construct the most efficient model bridge using limited materials−balsa wood, thread and glue.
This year’s competition will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 12, at 9 a.m. It will be held in Academic Hall on the campus of Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau.
