JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest report of arrests.
19-year-old Richard G. Ruch of Perryville was arrested at 12:38 Saturday morning on a charge of driving while intoxicated. Ruch was charged at Mercy Hospital Perry.
36-year-old Alejo Cortes of Warrenton was arrested at 12:03 Saturday afternoon on a patrol charge of driving while intoxicated. He was taken to the Perry County Jail on a 12-hour hold.
