Michael L. Long, 67, of Evansville, Illinois, passed away at 12:42 pm, Monday, May 25, 2026 at his residence.
He was born to the late Charles J. and Wanda K. (nee Heuman) Long on November 7, 1958 in Red Bud, Illinois.
Michael was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church in Evansville, Illinois. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time outdoors with his grandchildren.
Survivors: two sons: Jeremy (Natalie) Long of Evansville, IL and Joshua (Sara) Long of Evansville, IL, two siblings: Kevin (Carla) Long of Evansville, IL and Robin Walter of Evansville, IL; two grandchildren: Jada Long and Tyler Long and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by: parents, a brother: Keith Long and two grandchildren: Lydia and Kaylee Long.
Visitation: 9-11 a.m. Saturday at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Evansville, Illinois
A memorial mass for 67-year-old Michael L. Long of Evansville, Illinois, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 30, 2026 at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Evansville, Illinois. Officiating: Fr. Steven Pautler.
