Memorial Hospital Chester is currently accepting applications for the 2026-2027 Medical Explorers Program.
This program is open to any High School Freshman through Senior and to College Students up to age 20 throughout Randolph County and the surrounding counties.
Memorial Hospital in Chester is proud to offer this free program for students interested in healthcare careers and/or sciences.
About the Program:
– September 2026 -April 2027
– 2 evening meetings each month
– Hands-on learning
– Explore over 15 different healthcare professions
– Information on educational paths and institutions
– Job shadowing opportunities
– Volunteer hours
– Gain professional experience
Requirements:
– High School Freshman up to Age 20
– GPA of 3.0+
– Commit to attend a minimum of 50% of meetings
– Commit to volunteer a minimum of 2 hours
