Judy I. Hall

Judy I. Hall of Perryville, Missouri, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones on Sunday, August 30, 2026. She was 82.

Judy was born February 6, 1944, to the late Flora Brown and Gilbert Weibrecht.

In her late 20s, Judy helped start what would later become United Enterprises, an organization that provides meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Talented in all she set her mind to, Judy was a gifted cook and a master quilter, pouring care and creativity into every beautiful stitch. Her humor was legendary; her quick wit won over all who knew her. An avid reader, she was rarely without a book while exploring the country on RV adventures, one quilt shop at a time. Judy left the world brighter and more full of love.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Kenny, whose exceptional care and steadfast love were her greatest comfort; their children, Jenny (Chris) Fitzgerald of Nashville, TN, Jody Gibbar of Perryville, Heather McSherry (Stuart Magruder) of Redondo Beach, CA, Susan (Rodney) LaRose of Perryville, Tammy (John) Crabtree of St. Louis, MO, and Angie (Matt) Leach of Fort Wayne, IN; 13 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; her beloved brother, Paul Brown of Linn Creek, MO; and many dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; and one sister.
