Joseph C. Pfaff, 89, of Perryville, Missouri passed away Thursday, October 15, 2026 at Independence Care Center.
He was born March 9, 1937 in Zell, MO to Xavier Charles and Margaret Catherine (Abt) Pfaff.
Joe and Martha Schmeiderer were married July 21, 1962.
He worked at the International Shoe Factory and was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. Joe enjoyed collecting cans, deer hunting and playing bingo. He always got along with others and will be missed by his family and friends.
Survivors include his son, Timothy (Barbara) Pfaff of Perryville, MO; two brothers, John (Ann) Pfaff of Ste. Genevieve, Lawrence (Carol) Pfaff of Festus; one sister, Agnes Schneier of Perryville, and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; three brothers, Alphonse Pfaff, Anthony Pfaff, and Francis Pfaff; sister Theresa Roth.
Visitation will be 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at Ford & Young Funeral Home in Perryville.
Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at Ford & Young Funeral Home in Perryville with Deacon John Darin officiating.
