A visitation will be held Saturday, February 21, 2026 for 63-year-old Jeffrey “Scotty” Ferguson of Perryville, MO who passed away Friday, February 6, 2026 at his home.
He was born February 1, 1963 in Nashville, TN to Francis and Nona (Shoemake) Ferguson, who both preceded him in death.
Jeffrey and Lisa (Kiefer) McClure-Ferguson were married on June 5th, 2021 in the Smokey Mountains. She survives him in Perryville.
He worked as a construction worker for most of his working life.
Survivors include six children: William (Stephanie) Ferguson, Neal (Jessica) McClure, Jesse McClure, Brandon (Amber) Blaylock, Trevor Johnson, Travis Waters; a brother: James (Carrie) Ferguson; five grandchildren: Addisyn, Madelynn, Ellison, Riley, and Kaari.
He was also preceded in death by a sister: Barbara Clark; a son, Jacob Ferguson; and his first wife, Mary Kaye Ferguson.
He loved spending time with family, especially his grandkids. He loved the outdoors, caring for animals, collecting knives, Zippos, and Jack Daniel’s memorabilia. Jeffrey enjoyed to joke around and make everyone feel good around him.
Visitation will be at 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, February 21, 2026 at Ford & Young Funeral Home in Perryville.
Memorial contributions may be given to Gibson Recovery Center or Family Use.
