Jefferson College Theatre Program to host opening night gala event and performance of ‘The Producers’

HILLSBORO, MO — The Jefferson College Theatre Program invites community members, alumni, supporters, and theatre enthusiasts to an elegant evening of entertainment at a Black-Tie-Optional Gala Performance of The Producers on Friday, June 19, 2026, at the Jefferson College Fine Arts Center.

 

The special event will begin with a cocktail reception featuring drinks and hors d’oeuvres at 5 p.m., followed by a performance of the award-winning musical comedy at 7 p.m. Guests are encouraged to dress in formal attire and enjoy a memorable evening celebrating the performing arts while supporting the future of theatre at Jefferson College.

 

Admission is $25 per person and includes the reception and performance. Proceeds from the event will benefit theatre programming.

 

The Producers is a Tony Award-winning musical known for its humor, memorable songs, and energetic performances.

 

The Jefferson College production showcases the talent and dedication of the performers, director, and crew members.
