HILLSBORO, Mo. — Jefferson College will celebrate school pride and Viking spirit during its 2026 Homecoming Celebration, scheduled for January 26–31. The week includes on-campus activities for students, culminating in Homecoming basketball games on Saturday, January 31, which are open to alumni and the community.

Student-focused Homecoming activities will take place on campus Monday through Friday, January 26–30, creating a festive atmosphere and building excitement leading into the weekend. These activities, including themed spirit days and a Pep Rally on Friday, January 30.
Homecoming Game Day | Saturday, January 31, 2026
The community is invited to take part in the Homecoming Celebration by attending Jefferson College’s annual Homecoming basketball games on Saturday, January 31, and cheering on the Vikings:
Women’s Basketball Game – 1 p.m.
Early Childhood Center (ECC) Court recognition at halftime
Men’s Basketball Game – 3 p.m.
Jeffco Court recognition at halftime
Jefferson College Viking alumni and former student-athletes, along with their families, current and retired employees, and community supporters, are encouraged to attend. Admission is $6 for general admission, $3 for ages 11–18, and free for children ages 10 and under. Tickets are available online at jeffco.edu/ticket-information or at the door via credit card by scanning the event QR code. Cash will not be accepted at the door.
Jefferson College Homecoming was last held in 1988 and was revived in 2025. The 2026 celebration continues this renewed tradition by bringing together alumni, supporters, and the community through Viking athletics.
