JEFFERSON CITY — A 53-year-old man from Fowler, Illinois suffered moderate injuries in a traffic crash on the Holcim Concrete Plant Private Road Tuesday morning.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the man was taken to Mercy Hospital Jefferson by a Ste. Genevieve County Ambulance.
According to the accident report, a westbound 2019 Freightliner Cascadia the man was driving failed to negotiate a curve and the truck ran off the right side of the road and overturned.
The report says the man was not buckled up.
The crash happened about 2:55 a.m.
