JEFFERSON CITY – Authorities are looking for the driver of a 2009 Dodge 2500 with extensive damage which allegedly left the scene of a traffic crash that sent a 19-year-old Farmington woman to Parkland Health Center for treatment of minor injuries.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report the suspect truck was eastbound on Highway 32 west of Weingarten Road when it allegedly crossed the centerline and struck the driver’s side of a westbound 2018 Buick Encore driven by the Farmington teenager. The Encore then traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned.
The driver of the Encore was buckled up.
The Encore was a total loss and was removed by Buckley’s Towing.
The crash happened about 6:25 p.m. Friday.
