Heroes for Kids Comic Con comes to Perryville

PERRYVILLE, Mo. – Heroes for Kids will be hosting the sixth annual Comic Con in Perryville at the Perry Park Center (800 City Park Lane) 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, July 19th and 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, July 20th.

 

 

Show booth fees and silent auction proceeds will benefit the Captain David Dorn Foundation and the Perry County Community Task Force.

 

 

Scott Innes (voice actor for Scooby Doo, Scrappy Doo, and Shaggy since 1997 as well as many other characters),

 

 

Philo Barnhart (2nd generation Disney Animation Artist), and

 

 

Jerry “The King” Lawler (WWE Hall of Famer) will be there.

 

There will be photos, silent auctions, costume contest (kids and adults), writers, merchandise vendors, and comic book dealers. 

 

The local Heroes (Perryville Police Department, Perry County Sheriff’s Office, Fire Department, EMS, and Military personnel), and MOChip (Missouri Child Identification Program) will be participating as well. 

 

 

Tickets are available on the website www.heroesforkidscomiccon.org and at the door the day of the show.
