A funeral will be held Wednesday, September 3, 2025 for 26-year-old Ethan Wyatt Amberger of Perryville, Missouri who passed away Monday, August 25, 2025 in Scott City, Mo.
Ethan was born November 10, 1998 in Cape Girardeau, Mo. to Darian and Roneta (Berkbigler) Amberger who survive.
He is also survived by a sister: Taylor (Joshua) Cavins; two nieces: Axtin and Oaklyn; a nephew: Rutledge; his paternal grandfather: Robert Amberger and maternal grandparents, Ronald and Rosemary Berkbigler; aunts and uncles: Rex (Gale) Berkbigler, Rod (Beth) Berkbigler, Rory (Sandy) Berkbigler, Ricardo (Jackie) Berkbigler, Michelle (Brian) Miller, Denise (David) Hacker, Renee (Danny) Statler, Rolanda (Jimmy) Stone and Raquel (Randy) Johnson; and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Nancy Amberger.
He was a member of Crossroads Methodist Church.
Ethan worked as a haul truck driver for 6 years. He enjoyed showing off his truck, side by side riding, working on his truck, deer hunting, spending time with his friends and playing with his nieces and nephew.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, September 2, 2025 and from 8-10 a.m. Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at Ford & Young Funeral Home in Perryville .
A funeral for 26-year-old Ethan Wyatt Amberger of Perryville will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at the Ford & Young Funeral Home in Perryville with Rev. Caleb Mueller officiating.
Burial will be at Crossroads Methodist Cemetery in Sedgewickville.
