A funeral will be held Friday, December 19, 2025 for one-year-old Dekon and two-year-old Dalila Kimbrell, both of Perryville, Missouri who passed away Thursday, December 11, 2025.
Dalila was born October 8, 2023 and Dekon was born December 11, 2024 in Perryville, MO to Tammy Reed and Donald Kimbrell who survive.
Dalila liked everyone she met. She loved watching Ms. Rachel and playing with her siblings.
Dekon was a very happy and active baby. He liked getting into everything and always had two fingers in his mouth.
Dekon and Dalila enjoyed babbling “baby talk” with each other.
Survivors also include their maternal grandfather: Virgil (Shauna) Reed of Perryville, MO; maternal grandmother: Beth Brewer of Perryville, MO; paternal grandfather: Vernon Meister of Farmington, MO: maternal great-grandmother: Shirley (Michael Sr.) Reed of Perryville, MO; paternal great-grandmother: Mary Lee Kimbrell of Arnold, MO; two brothers: Dexter Kimbrell of Perryville, MO, and Leo Oakley of Perryville, MO; three aunts: Chasidy Reed, Abbie Reed, and Kasie Reed; two uncles: Shawn Brewer and Joseph Reynolds; and a great aunt: Linda (Brad) Shad of Perryville, MO.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, December 19, 2025 at the Ford and Young Funeral Home.
A funeral for one-year-old Dekon and two-year-old Dalila Kimbrell, both of Perryville will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, December 19, 2025 at the Ford and Young Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Friesz officiating.
Burial will be in the Home Cemetery in Perryville, MO
